Hi my name is Donna. I completed my dental nurse qualification in 2011 in WA (13 years experience) having nursed and previously held a Head Nurse role. I have now decided to use my knowledge, excellent customer service and patient care on the front desk with years of dental experience.

I recently returned to the UK (October 2022) to be with family and friends having lived 16 years in Perth. I have 2 grown up children and 2 grandchildren, who still live in WA.

I enjoy walking in the beautiful countryside and along the sandy beached. I love travelling now and have visited a few different countries. I enjoy socialising with friends and family.

Coming from the North East, studying at Newcastle Dental School was always my goal. I qualified from NCL in 2011 and have worked in NHS and private practices in the area ever since. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, however I particularly enjoy improving people’s confidence in their smiles with aesthetic treatments. Outside of dentistry I have three young children, three cats and spend a lot of time running or in the gym.

I have a passion for helping patients who suffer from dental anxiety and needle phobia by running a friendly and relaxed clinic offering both NHS and private treatments. Rob qualified as a dentist from the University of Manchester in 2016, he worked for several years in research at the Dental Public Health Unit in the collaboration between the University of Manchester and Colgate. During this time, he was involved with teaching undergraduate dental students at the University of Manchester. He worked for several years as a private hygienist in the Manchester area treating advanced cases of gum disease and then as an Associate Dentist in the Manchester area for the NHS. He completed his MSc in Periodontology at the University of Central Lancashire.

He is a member of the British Society of Periodontology and an international member of the American Academy of Periodontology. Since then, Rob has worked in periodontics in Lancashire, Cheshire, Yorkshire and Derbyshire. Rob’s interest is disease management, stabilising gum disease and preventing it’s progression.

Rob also has a keen interest in surgical periodontics providing regenerative, resective, flap surgery and recession coverage for advanced cases of periodontal disease.

Lizi has been with the practice since 2021 initially as a dental nurse and more recently as a receptionist.

Lizi prides herself on her costumer service and her bubbly personally always shine through. In her spare time Lizi enjoys spending her time with her friends and family

Dr Usman is determined to provide the best care for his patients. He graduated from Kings College London is 2018 and has since embarked on multiple postgraduate training courses to enhance the care and variety of treatment he can provide to patients these include in:

Cosmetic and Restorative dentistry – including composite bonding, porcelain veneers and crowns and full mouth rehabilitation.

Implant dentistry – to replace missing or failing teeth with a long term solution.

Orthodontic Invisalign training – to allow him to straighten teeth using invisible clear aligners.

That additional training enables him to provide many services, not limited just by enhancing smiles but also restoring dental function with great precision and care. Usman has a passion for artistry and that reflects in his daily work with his meticulous attention to detail and passion to providing the best result with the least amount of treatment required for his patients.

In his free time, Usman maintains an active lifestyle outside of the dental office and prioritises fitness, relaxing through walks with his family and spoiling himself with a good Turkish mixed grill. he also loves to travel with his favourite destination being Thailand but there’s only so much time off work he can take before he starts thinking about teeth again.

Dr Harisha is a founding member of Academy of Implant Dentistry in Tripoli (LADI). Dr Harisha involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching at New York University-USA and received certificate for his contributions to the college. Sam awarded PGcert in dental sedation (Manchester)and awarded MSc degree from New York University college of Dentistry in 2013.

Awarded a certificate of advanced speciality program in Fixed, removable Prosthodontics and Implants from New York University-USA-2012. And awarded a certificate in Comprehensive cosmetic Dentistry from New York University-USA 2010. His commitment to professional development seemingly knows no limits. He treats a variety of very complex patients including teeth wear, replacing teeth with implants for full mouth to single missing tooth.

For the past 8 years, Dr Harisha has been focusing more to be a full-time Implant Dentist with his main focus being on surgery and restoring teeth with implants using latest digital guidance to reduce complications. Dr Harisha also integrates conscious sedation as an alternative route for treatment of complex anxious cases. He places more than 200 implants a year and performs many implants related procedures such as bone grafting, soft tissue grafting and sinus lifts. Chris graduated from Sheffield University in 2009 and spent the next 3 years practicing in Teignmouth, South Devon. In 2013, he relocated to Stockport and has spent the last decade working in general practice.

He has fifteen years of experience delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in general practice, and has been an Educational Supervisor for newly-qualified dentists since 2018. In respect to this role, he has attained a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education.
More recently, he has studied for a Postgraduate Diploma in Endodontics, where he has been undertaking increasingly complex procedures and improving his provision of high quality care in this area of dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, he spends a lot of time with his young family, plays golf and runs half marathons – he recently raised £1500 for the British Heart Foundation in the 2024 Great Manchester Run.

Dr Sonam is an enthusiastic and dedicated Dentist with a strong educational background. She graduated from the prestigious King’s College London with Honours (Distinction).

Her commitment to the profession has led her to embark on multiple post-graduate courses. This includes facial aesthetics (anti-wrinkle treatment and dermal fillers) to allow her to enhance natural beauty to restore youth and confidence in her patients. She has also completed further training in composite (white fillings) to ensure she is providing optimal, high quality dental care utilising the most advanced treatments available. As well as this, she has previously worked in a hospital setting where she enhanced her oral surgery and dental extraction skills.

With a calm and composed demeanour, Dr. Sonam approaches each patient with empathy and understanding. Whether it’s a routine check-up or a complex procedure, she ensures that every individual feels comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.

Outside of the clinic, you will find Sonam playing badminton and experiencing new cultures visiting countries all over the world through her love of travelling!

Jose graduated in Lisbon, Portugal in 2010 with an integrated master degree in Dentistry and a published clinical trial master thesis. There, he worked for a year before coming to the UK. In 2011 Jose moved to Birmingham where he has been practicing general dentistry which he still does to this day as the clinical lead.

In 2014, Jose took a short course in quick straight teeth and since then orthodontics became his number one passion in dentistry. From there he developed a special interest in orthodontics, taking multiple PGA and advanced clinical training in this field, including a PGA in Orthodontic and facial Orthopaedics at The City of London Dental School.

Now Jose provides high quality orthodontic treatments to patients all ages in both NHS and private settings. Including comprehensive conventional metal braces and highly cosmetic braces such as ceramic braces and aligners.
He also loves interceptive cases with functional appliances which target growth.

He has a strong belief it is key to intervene at the right age for optimal results and unlock the best facial aesthetics.

Sarah started her career in Dentistry in 1997 as a Trainee Dental Nurse, joining Charnwood Dental in 1998. On completion of her dental nurse qualification in 1999, she moved to Newcastle-upon-Tyne to study Dental Hygiene, qualifying in December 2001. Sarah returned to Charnwood Dental, resituated in The Bull Ring, to establish the role of Dental Hygienist in January 2002.

Sarah Is dedicated to providing a high standard of care to her patients, works closely with fellow clinicians, and supports the committed team of Dental Nurses, Reception staff and Practice Manager.

Outside of work, Sarah will generally be found with her head stuck in a book, and is passionate about promoting the benefits of reading! She has recently started growing fruit and vegetables to fuel her love for cooking, and regularly receives compliments for her work lunches. Sarah has recently started open water swimming at Six Hills and Spring Lakes.

Kate Started her career in 2003 and after qualifying in 2005at Birmingham dental school and when the law changed she became registered with the GDC in 2008.
Kate is qualified in taking dental impressions in 2013 also is a qualified assessor in 2023 and is awaiting to start her Oral Health Practitioners course . Kate has a passion for teaching patients on their oral health and helping with finding alternatives for people with ADHD and who are on the autism spectrum and with chronic conditions that affect their oral health such as people with all four types of diabetes .

Ayesha is a passionate, caring dentist who strives for perfection in the work she does. Outside of her work, Ayesha loves spending time outdoors with her children and travelling.

Khadija qualified from The University of Manchester in 2019 with Honours, receiving a certificate for the highest overall performance in the 5 years of the Bachelor of Dental Surgery programme for her year group.

Following completion of her Dental Foundation Training, she worked as an Oral and Maxillofacial Senior House Officer (SHO) in a number of hospitals across Manchester including Manchester Royal Infirmary, Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, Salford Royal Foundation Trust and Trafford General Hospital. During her time as an SHO, she was involved in numerous minor oral surgery clinics including conducting biopsy lists independently.

Her interest in oral surgery lead to her presenting a poster at the British Association of Oral Surgery Conference in 2018 and a case report at the European Association for Cranio Maxillofacial Surgery in 2021. In addition to this, she has a wide range of other interests including providing composite bonding and Invisalign treatment. Khadija is dedicated to gaining and sharing knowledge and published an article on Paediatric Dentistry in Dental Update as an undergraduate student. In addition, Khadija is currently undergoing a year long diploma on Aesthetic and Restorative dentistry. Khadija is bilingual, being proficient at both English and Arabic. Khadija is a keen traveller and enjoys exploring new places in her free time.

Lamia launched her career in 2017 as an Apprentice Dental Nurse at a private practice in Leicester. After qualifying in a mixed practice, she gained extensive experience in oral surgery, dental implants, and orthodontics. Her journey also includes roles as a treatment coordinator and obtaining certification in Dental Radiography, leading her into management.

Dedicated to her profession, Lamia is deeply passionate about fostering a supportive environment for her staff, coaching, and ensuring the highest level of care for her patients.

Beyond her work, Lamia is a certified fitness instructor who enjoys staying active at the gym. She loves spending time with family and friends and has a particular appreciation for dining out and good food.

I graduated from the University of Manchester and have since worked in both hospital and general practice settings. I undertook my implant training at the prestigious British Academy of Implant and Restorative Dentistry, and have continued to develop my surgical training globally whilst providing implant dentistry across the Midlands. 

Having previously worked as a maxillofacial SHO in hospital and Special-Care, I have gained experience with surgical procedures, children’s dentistry, complex dentistry, and dental phobic patients. I am also certified in multiple leading systems such as Straumann™ digitally-guided implants, which use the latest cutting-edge technology. I was recognised with a national award in 2021 for “Young Dentist of the Year“.

As a dentist, I pride myself on my ability to listen to patients and provide tailor-made solutions for them. I find great satisfaction in restoring self-esteem and comfort in patients through natural looking smiles and am super proud of the beautiful smiles I create and the confidence this gives back to my patients. Neeraj Diddee graduated from Newcastle University in 2005 and has since been keen and motivated to deliver the highest quality of dental care for his patients.

Since graduating, Neeraj has worked in several practices in the North East providing both NHS and Private dental care. He has continued to develop his professional training by gaining membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practice and recently gaining a Fellowship with the College of General Dentistry. He has also undertaken numerous courses in the UK and aborad including gaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Restorative Dentistry with the Royal College of Surgeons England.

Neeraj works clinically at Vitality Dental Care, Fairfield and is also Clinical Director for Riverdale Healthcare. He is also a Training Programme Director with Health Education England where he supports, mentors and teaches Foundation Dentists. His passion is Adhesive Restorative Dentistry and he also teaches hands-on courses on this subject.

Outside of work Neeraj enjoys going on holiday with his family, technology and sport.

With over 10-years Implantology experience behind him, Haytham provides sedation and implant treatments, providing patients with the option of being relaxed and comfortable through their implant journey. He finds treating anxious patients very rewarding, and his experience with sedation means he can provide quality care for patients who would otherwise be too nervous to have treatment.

His experience with implants has led him to carry out a wide variety of treatments, from straight forward single tooth implants to complex full arch cases. The joy on his patients’ faces when they return having been able to be confident in smiling or going out for meals is what he strives to achieve for every patient.

Rup is dedicated general dentist with over a decade of experience in providing comprehensive dental care. After graduating from Newcastle University in 2006, he has worked across the North East providing NHS and private dental care.

Rup’s practice is rooted in a commitment to patient-centred care. He focuses on creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their dental health and concerns. His areas of expertise include restorative dentistry, preventive care, cosmetic procedures, and patient education. He takes pride in using the latest dental technologies to ensure his patients receive the best possible treatment.

Outside of practice, Rup is actively involved in continuing education and stays updated with the latest advancements in dentistry. He has undertaken postgraduate courses including Restorative Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons London and the Diploma of Clinical Dental Implants in Newcastle.  He continues his education and learning by regularly attending courses to refine his skills and provide his patients with cutting-edge treatments.

When he is not working, Rup enjoys sport and is a big Arsenal fan!

Mihai graduated from Carol Davila University, Bucharest in 2000, before relocating to the UK in 2008 to work as a general dental practitioner. His interest in managing anxious patients using conscious sedation led him to obtain a Post Graduate Diploma in Conscious Sedation in 2009, and in 2017, Mihai took on the role of Educational Supervisor for newly qualified dentists at Yorkshire Deanery.

Passionate about dentistry, he views it as a blend of art, technology, and psychology and is completely devoted to helping patients feel at ease and relaxed during treatment. His expertise lies in root canal treatments (endodontics) and restorative dentistry where he holds a Master of Science in Endodontology with Distinction. As a dentist with enhanced skills in endodontics, he accepts referrals for root canal treatments from other practices.

Rashmi qualified from the MUHS university in India in 2005 and relocated to England in 2007. She has strived to keep up to date with the current thinking in dentistry, and to support this, she gained her Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties (MJDF) qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2011. Although most aspects of dentistry appeal to Rashmi, she has always had a special interest in Conscious sedation and Dental Implantology.

Following her passion to help patients relax during their dental treatments, Rashmi gained her Diploma in Conscious Sedation from Newcastle University in 2011. In addition, she gained experience in Implant dentistry by completing a one year certificate course in Implantology in 2018. She is keen to further her knowledge in the field of Dental Implants.

When not at work, Rashmi enjoys spending time with her family. She believes in staying fit, enjoys running and swimming.

After graduating from Newcastle University in 2010 with merits in Academic Dentistry and Clinical Dentistry, Iain has lived and worked in the North East where he has become passionate about restorative dentistry. His post-graduate education focuses on all aspects of restorative dentistry, occlusion, dental implants, and endodontics. In 2016, Iain achieved a Postgraduate Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Chester.

Iain takes pride in working very closely with referring dentists to ensure that patients receive the very best care that is appropriate for them. He is very happy to work on a shared-care basis, completing as much or as little of the treatment as the referring dentist wishes.
