Eston Complete Care plan

covers:

All your routine dental treatment including: Fillings, Crowns & Bridges, Hygiene, Root Canal Treatment and x-rays
excludes laboratory fees
Payment by convenient monthly Direct Debit, allowing you to budget
Guaranteed registration with the practice and continuing access to your dentist
Cover for assistance with a dental trauma, a dental emergency or if diagnosed with oral cancer upto £10,000
Redundancy benefit cover
24 hour access to a worldwide dental emergency helpline.

Although non-routine services are available from the practice, some items fall outside the scope of the Complete Care plan and the following are not covered by the monthly payment:
• cosmetic dentistry
• referrals to specialists
• laboratory fees
• implants
• orthodontics

Treatment not covered by this plan can be paid for separately. Eligibility and pricing are subject to a dental examination. Prices may vary depending on personal requirements.
