UPDATE ON 26TH MARCH 2020

The safety of our patients and our teams is of paramount importance to us. In the interests of all, we are following the advice from the Chief Dental Officer and stopping any face to face consultations or treatment. This means that any appointments already booked in the next three weeks are cancelled and we will contact you to re-arrange.

Although we have had to close our doors, Riverdale Healthcare will continue to give telephone advice when you need us. Please just telephone your practice in the normal way for details of this service.

Stay at home. Protect the NHS. Save lives.

Corona Virus Update

We live and breathe our passion for delivering high quality, ethical dental care which is why we are looking at ways to reduce areas of potential risk for our colleagues and patients during this difficult time.

We have therefore taken the decision to postpone all routine treatment which involves an aerosol. We will be directly contacting patients who have appointments which are affected by this decision. In addition, if you are a vulnerable person and have an appointment booked, we invite you to use our website contact form or phone the practice to postpone your appointment.

If you require treatment now and are NOT in a “risk group” ( ie not Covid-19 positive, not self isolating, or in a self isolating household) then please contact the practice and we will provide what treatment we can within the scope of treatment we are advised to provide.
When our services fully resume, we will of course, invite you to rebook.

Whilst this may cause some inconvenience, please know we are acting in the best interests of everyone.

We thank you for your patience, understanding and for your continued support.
