Position Title: Estates and Facilities Manager
Location: Remote working with travel across the Estate required
Salary: Circa £40,000 depending on experience + car allowance £6,000
Employment Type: Full-time
About Us: Riverdale Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Estates and Facilities Manager to oversee and manage our extensive portfolio of 60+ dental practices and facilities. If you are passionate about facilities management and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lease Management: Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and negotiations.
- Planning and Development: Coordinate building projects, renovations, and expansions.
- Maintenance: Implement and manage a comprehensive maintenance program.
- Refitting and Space Management: Optimize space utilization and plan refitting projects.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all H&S regulations and conduct regular audits.
- Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving measures and manage budgets effectively.
- Subletting: Manage subletting opportunities to generate additional revenue.
- Inspections: Travel to various practices across the estate to conduct inspections.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estates and facilities management.
- Strong project management skills and a track record of reducing operational costs.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction across the organisation.
- Financial acumen and strong negotiation skills.
- Proficient in H&S regulations and best practices.
