Overview:
As a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing various digital marketing channels for our group of practices. Your role will involve supporting our practices in increasing awareness of their services, enhancing the patient journey, and driving private revenue growth. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align your efforts with the overall marketing strategy and the vision and values of the Riverdale Group.

Main Purpose & Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the Riverdale Healthcare website and practice landing pages/websites, ensuring ongoing maintenance and development.
  • Complete ongoing web projects, including landing page migration and Vitality Dental Care website updates.
  • Regularly review and report on website performance, utilizing analytic data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct content audits to ensure information is current and create necessary content.
  • Collaborate with external digital agencies to manage and improve SEO for the group.
  • Lead the rollout of online booking for practices, focusing on the digital patient journey.
  • Spearhead projects to enhance the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) offering.
  • Manage the group-wide pricing strategy for private treatment fees and dental plan costs.
  • Improve processes for driving online patient reviews to enhance reputation and online presence.
  • Manage practice Google My Business profiles to ensure accuracy and leverage marketing opportunities.
  • Support Marketing Manager in integrated campaign activities aimed at increasing private revenue.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay competitive and informed about industry and marketing trends.

Person Specification:
Essential:

  • Previous digital marketing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Google Analytics.
  • In-depth understanding of CRM platforms.

Desirable:

  • Dentistry and/or healthcare experience.
  • Knowledge of WordPress CMS and CIM Marketing qualification.

Other:

  • Must be willing to travel within the UK occasionally for practice visits and support office meetings.
  • Full driving license and access to a car preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Excel, and Teams desirable.

Role Summary:

As a Recruitment Specialist at Riverdale Healthcare, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying and fulfilling recruitment needs for our self-employed clinical roles. From screening candidates to managing onboarding processes, you’ll ensure a seamless recruitment journey for our clinicians. Leveraging various resources including job boards, social media, and internal promotion channels, you’ll maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and collate vacancies and recruitment needs for self-employed clinical roles.
  • Manage day-to-day recruitment resources including job boards, social media, agencies, and internal promotion channels.
  • Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to effectively market hard-to-fill roles.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates, and arrange and support interviews.
  • Provide accurate self-employed contracts for new and existing clinicians.
  • Ensure timely onboarding for all self-employed roles in alignment with the candidate’s recruitment journey.
  • Establish clear recruitment processes, continuously improving them to comply with current legislation.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to the People & Culture team, promoting Riverdale’s brand and values.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes are fair, objective, and merit-based, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or disability, coaching managers to achieve this.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar recruitment role, particularly with hard-to-fill clinical roles.
  • Knowledge of employment law, self-employed contracts and IR35
  • Knowledge and experience of working with overseas candidates and visa sponsorships
  • Excellent communication, strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms and social media channels.
  • Valid driving license with a willingness to travel occasionally.
