Who You Are:
You’re a natural communicator who loves turning ideas into compelling content. You’re as comfortable crafting a catchy newsletter as you are collaborating with senior leaders. If you tick these boxes, we want to hear from you:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, but don’t hesitate to apply if you’ve had less, we’re keen to hear what you can bring!
  • Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • A knack for simplifying complex ideas into engaging, accessible content.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  • Prepare and analyse practice and consolidated management information (MI)
  • Partner with Area Managers for P&L reviews to highlight and understand key variances
  • Create financial KPIs that help drive success
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations like a pro
  • Help shape our financial future by developing new processes with our Financial Controller and Head of Finance
  • Supervise and mentor another awesome management accountant
  • Get involved in the annual audit process

Your Superpowers:

  • Expert with the Xero Finance Package (essential)
  • Excel wizardry (VLOOKUPs & Pivot tables are your jam!)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a multi-site business

Location:
This role will cover our practices across the North Yorkshire region including practices in:

Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes variety in their role, working in different locations across the Region. Each week will bring something different, as you’ll cover annual leave and opportunities across various practices in your designated region. You will also have the opportunity to mentor, and learn from the best by spending time with our eminent specialists within our group and enhance your CPD. Effectively, this role can be adapted to suit you,  your skills, and your ambitions.
