What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Communications Executive, you’ll be at the heart of all things communication, from keeping our teams in the loop to championing our culture and celebrating our wins. Here’s a taste of what’s in store:
- Be a Storyteller: Create newsletters, intranet updates, and email communications that inspire and inform.
- Centralise the Buzz: Keep everyone on the same page with aligned, consistent messaging across the group.
- Spread the Good Vibes: Shout out our team’s achievements, share big wins, and create a culture of recognition.
- Event Magic: Help plan and run events like roadshows and regional engagement meetups.
- Navigating Change: Keep the communication flowing during times of growth and transformation, making sure no one feels out of the loop.
- Showcase Our Values: Embed our mission, vision, and values into every message, helping us become the dental employer of choice.
Who You Are:
You’re a natural communicator who loves turning ideas into compelling content. You’re as comfortable crafting a catchy newsletter as you are collaborating with senior leaders. If you tick these boxes, we want to hear from you:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, but don’t hesitate to apply if you’ve had less, we’re keen to hear what you can bring!
- Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- A knack for simplifying complex ideas into engaging, accessible content.
- A collaborative spirit – you love working with people at all levels.
