Who You Are:
You’re a natural communicator who loves turning ideas into compelling content. You’re as comfortable crafting a catchy newsletter as you are collaborating with senior leaders. If you tick these boxes, we want to hear from you:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, but don’t hesitate to apply if you’ve had less, we’re keen to hear what you can bring!
  • Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or equivalent experience.

About the Role
As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns and communication channels. You will utilize CRM systems and data analytics to segment customers, personalize messaging, and optimize marketing efforts across various platforms.

Requirements:

· Proven Experience in CRM Marketing, Email marketing or related roles.

· Experience using CRM software.

· Strong analytical skills – the ability to interpret data, and analyse trends.

· Certifications in CRM or marketing automation platforms are a plus.

· Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.

· To train and support practice managers on CRM.

· A full clean driving licence.
